Always a wonderful experience with Patti. Thank you. Please, get me home. I feel like I am wandering in a strange land and don't belong here !!!!!! Charlie Marrone

The ladies at Homesale and Berkshire were wonderful. The whole experience was smooth and we highly recommend their services to anyone looking to buy, sell, or in our case, both! Patti and Caitlyn were amazing and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for a realtor who has your best interest at heart. They are so sweet and personable while being professional. :)

Working with Patti was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend adding her to your team when looking for your next home! Whether you are planning on selling or buying it would be a mistake not using Patti and the ladies from Homesale Realty. She is such a sweet lady who really cares about your interests on a personal, yet professional level. We wouldn’t have been able to secure our forever home without her! If we are ever looking to buy and sell again we wouldn’t hesitate using Patti and Caitlyn again! :)

Always wonderful as usual. Charlie Marrone, Thank you, Patti.

Absolutely wonderful. If I were buying a house, or looking to move at all, Patti would be my contact. There is nothing quite like working with someone who has her values in place and cares about each person. God bless you, Patti.

My home was sold & closed in record time. Thanks TO THE Patti Canepa-Hughes team.

My experience with Patti Canepa-Hughes was nothing short of spectacular. As a novice home buyer, navigating the waters proved somewhat daunting, but she was there to help me every step of the way, and I successfully purchased my first home. I highly recommend her services for anyone looking to buy or sell.

Patti did a fantastic job! This was my first time purchasing a home, and she made it an enjoyable process. She was able to break down each step along the way so that I would understand. I would definitely recommend her to my friends!

What a great help patti was as we transitioned to retirement community

Patti and Caitlin were with us every step of the way. Their advice was spot on and we sold our house quickly. They were patient with our questions and explained answers thoroughly.

Patti and Caitlin were a fantastic team who really helped us through all stages of the process!

Caitlin Hughes also worked for me. They were the best team i have ever worked with. Patient, concerned for my needs, knew what I was looking for, and on the selling of my other home they were outstanding. I would recommend this team to anyone selling a home or looking for a home.
