About Patti Canepa-Hughes

Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, and then moving to Ephrata, Pennsylvania, I have a unique perspective on why Lancaster County is so charming to folks wanting to call it HOME!

Looking for a profession that would allow me flexibility while raising my two children, I obtained my Realtor license and began my career in 2005. I joined Homesale Realty because of the unsurpassed training and support which was, and continues to be, available to me.

Honesty, loyalty and trustworthiness are qualities of utmost importance to me. They are necessary for building any relationship and, even more so, for maintaining them. As I help clients navigate through buying or selling a property, excellent communication and dedication to their interests are reflected in my commitment for them to achieve their dream!

In my free time, I like to be creative, cook for family and friends, scrapbook, and spend time with my furbabies!
